Where are you located?

We are near the intersection of 104A and Rt. 38 in Sterling NY - 1409 Curtis Co-op Road.

What crops do you grow?

In a restoration agriculture setting, the idea is to collaborate with the natural process of growth in the environment to produce surplus food and usable products. Rather than seeing the land as an economic resource or a problem to solve, we embrace what the environment creates naturally and then harvest that in an eco-neutral method. Crops are varied! And because of the reality of environmental succession, they are always changing. Large perrenial tree crops consist of apples, hazelnuts, chestnuts, black walnuts. We also grow a variety of berries and seeds, along with edible flowers, leaves, herbs and mushrooms.
